SHANEA
Shanea is a Portland OR, based singer songwriter who performs lyric driven indie pop. The love child of Tracy Chapman and Fugazi, Shanea is able to pull from all genres, creating a style that is unique and captivating. They are inspired by the lyrics and composition of artists like Phoebe Bridgers, Fiona Apple, Bon Iver, and Patti Smith. Their love for songwriting and dedication to the deeply personal makes their discography ever evolving. They released an EP 'The Fifth House' in 2019 and are working on their first full length album.
KENDALL LUJAN
Kendall Lujan, a singer-songwriter from Portland Oregon ties together strong vocals with a folk/jazz flare. Her distinct voice ties in inspiration from old jazz and old country into her own interpretation of expression. Tending to write most when she is feeling blue but as she says "sometimes people just want to feel sad, it's actually enjoyable sometimes because it makes the happiness so much sweeter". Her debut EP is set to be released early 2023.
LILY WECKS
With heartfelt vocals and intentional lyrics, Lily Wecks writes music with purpose and ferocity. Her recent work is largely motivated by her experience growing up as a bisexual woman in an evangelical environment, and she hopes to use her music as a call to action to dismantle systems of oppression, including hopmophobia and transphobia. A singer songwriter with a background in classical and jazz piano, Lily's voice and songwriting style are reminiscent of Joni Mitchell and Regina Spektor, and much of her piano composition has the spirit of Norah Jones. Her 'soon to be released' debut album blends timeless songwriting with modern production, and manages to be sweet and stirring in turn.
