THE SLIGHTEST BITS
The Slightest Bits are an alt-rock band from Portland, Oregon consisting of Travis (vocals, guitar), Violet (drums), and Lorne (vocals, bass). Violet and Travis have been playing music together for over five years, their friendship forming the foundation for the band. Lorne joined the lineup in December 2022, and they’ve returned from hiatus as a larger-than-life three piece set. With a myriad of influences, from Sparks to The Chats, they belt baudy punk ballads and catchy pop tunes, meaning there’s something Slightly fun for everyone in their playful soundscape.
SNAILBONES
Snailbones is a PNW noise rock band, composed of guitarist Timothy Francis, bassist Kelly Minton, and drummer Drew Owens. Formed in 2017 in Portland Oregon, the band played shows relentlessly until the pandemic hit. During their time off they booked five days at Map Room Studios and self-engineered two albums, album one Tinnitus Alrightus mixed by Taylor Hales at Electrical Audio released March 23, ’22. Second album mixed by Matt Boynton (the Breeders - All Nerve) released June 17, ’22, both albums were mastered by Bob Weston at Chicago Mastering Service.
Finished recording third album with Steve Albini in March.
